Aspherical lens

Aspherical lens Aspherical lens is a single optical component with one or two aspheric surfaces. An aspheric lens or asphere is a lens whose surface profiles are not portions of a sphere or cylinder. As optical systems are pushed to be better, faster, and cheaper, it becomes necessary to explore aspheric solutions. Aspherical elements eliminate monochromatic aberrations (e.g. spherical aberration) and improve focusing and collimating accuracy. The whole system will be smaller and lighter, and possibly cheaper than the multi-lens design.    Our aspheric lenses are made by grinding & polishing. So they are more precise than traditional mould pressed. And also the tooling cost for grinding & polishign would be cheap and small quantity order would be accept.   We can offer Precision Polished Aspheric Lenses Aspheric Condenser Lenses Aspheric Cylindrical lenses ect.   Specifacation of Aspherical Lens   Size range The focal length range Wavelength range High precision aspheric lens 10-50mm 7.5-50mm 0.4-1.6 UV fused quartz aspheric lens 10-50mm 8-60mm 0.2-2.2 Best form aspherical lens 25mm 25-100mm 0.532-1.064 Achromatic aspheric lens 9-25mm 12-50mm 0.4-0.7 Plastic aspheric lens 10-25.4mm 6.35-254mm 0.4-1.2 Small diameter aspheric lens 1.8-9.9mm 0.7-22mm 0.4-1.6 Small diameter infrared aspheric lens 3.5-6.5mm 1.5-4mm 2-14 Zinc selenide aspheric lens 25.4-50.8mm 12.7-50.8mm 0.6-16 Silicon aspheric lens 25-50mm 25-50mm 1.2-7 IG6 aspheric lens 25-50mm 12.5-50mm 0.9-13 Germanium aspheric lens 25mm 12.5-100mm 2-16 Aspheric cylindrical lens 25mm 20-50mm 0.4-1.6

Projector Meniscus Lens

Projector Meniscus Lens Two refracting surfaces of optical lens are both spherical or one is spherical and the other is flat.  Worldhawk can supply standard and high-precision spherical lens in a variety of shapes, sizes, focal lengths on a wide spectrum. The structure of lens can be Plano-convex, Plano-concave, Bi-convex, Bi-concave, Meniscus. They are widely used in medical, industry, spaceflight andmilitary etc.. Convex Lenses are ideal for light collimation or for focusing applications utilizing monochromatic illumination, in a range of industries including industrial, pharmaceutical, robotics, or defense. Concave Lenses are optical lenses with a negative focal length.  Concave Lenses are ideal for beam expansion, light projection, or for expanding an optical system’s focal length. Micro Light-guide Prism

Micro Light-guide Prism Micro light-guide prism are shaped from a truncated right-angle prism. A beam of light entering one of the sloped faces of the prism undergoes total internal reflection from the inside of the longest (bottom) face and emerges from the opposite sloped face. Images passing through the prism are flipped, and because only one reflection takes place, the image's handedness is changed to the opposite sense. Dove prisms have an interesting property - when they are rotated along their longitudinal axis, the transmitted image rotates at twice the rate of the prism. It is very important that the application must be used with parallel or collimated beam and the large square reflective surface should be kept very clean. Another application is used as a retroreflector. For this application it performs as a right-angle prism.   Used in Interferometry, Astronomy and Pattern Recognition. Sapphire Glass Hemisphere Dome Dome windows are hemispheres. The two optical surfaces are an equal thickness apart, creating a naturally strong shape that gets tougher under pressure. This makes dome windows ideal for underwater environments and in applications such as camera dome ports and submersible windows.   BK7 or K9L domes are used primarily in meteorology applications. BK7 offers excellent transmission from 300nm up to 2µm. BK7 is a relatively hard material, with excellent chemical durability.    UV fused silica domes:  For applications operating in the deeper UV range, Worldhawk offers a range of UV fused silica domes. Fused silica domes are commonly used in underwater applications at extremely high pressures. Sapphire domes: For infrared applications we can provide sapphire domes.
