About OPIE（OPTICS & PHOTONICS International Exhibition）
Since its launch in 1994, OPIE has been held every year in April, the start of a new fiscal year in Japan. The fair has attracted many engineers and purchasing authorities who are looking for solutions to their R&D and product developments, and cemented its position as one of the leading and the largest trade fairs in the field of optics and photonics in Japan.

Concurrent event, OPIC, an international conference on optics and photonics, has also been recognized as an ideal platform for active communication on new applications and technical issues in the industry. In 2023 edition, it is composed of 13 international conferences and plenary sessions, and again generates a synergistic effect to OPIE’23.
